Recombinant Anti-EGFR x Anti-CD89 Bispecific Antibody (Single-chain Triplebody) is designed to be expressed as a single chain with three scFv units, two distal binding sites for EGFR and a central site for CD89 . It contains a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. This BsAb can retarget macrophages to tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Head and neck cancer; Colorectal cancer (CRC); Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM); Squamous cancer; Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC); Solid tumors therapy.
