Datasheet MSDSCas No.: 189373-41-9
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Description
Synonyms: 4-(N,NN-Dimethylaminosulfonyl)-7-(2-aminoethylamino)-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole. This is a fluorescent building block. It features the environmentally sensitive DBD fluorophore and a terminal primary amine via an ethylenediamine (ED) spacer. The primary amine is a nucleophilic handle that can be coupled to activated carboxylic acids (e.g., NHS esters) or used with EDC chemistry. It is used to synthesize more complex probes or to label molecules at their carboxyl groups, introducing a polarity-sensitive reporter.
