Mc-Val-Cit-PABC-PNP Enzyme Cleavable Linker for ADC (CAT#: OLY-1023-YS270)

Description

This is a gold-standard, protease-cleavable linker payload for Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs). It contains: 1) A maleimide-caproyl (Mc) group to conjugate to antibody thiols. 2) A Valine-Citrulline (Val-Cit) dipeptide, which is a substrate for lysosomal proteases (e.g., Cathepsin B). 3) A PABC (p-aminobenzyloxycarbonyl) self-immolative spacer. 4) A p-nitrophenyl (PNP) active ester for attaching the drug. Once the ADC is internalized and the Val-Cit linker is cleaved in the lysosome, the PABC spacer fragments, releasing the active drug.
