Recombinant Anti-AR x Anti-DNA Bispecific Antibody (Fab-Fv) (FABFV-012)

Recombinant Anti-AR x Anti-DNA Bispecific Antibody (Fab-Fv) is designed to be expressed as two polypeptide chains. The heavy chain Fd fragment and light chain of an anti-AR antibody are fused with the VL and VH domains of an anti-DNA antibody respectively. It can form natural in vivo heterodimerization. This BsAb can enter prostate cancer cells and inhibits androgen receptor function. It is designed for the research of prostate cancer therapy.
