Recombinant Anti-CD33 x Anti-CD16 Bispecific Antibody (scIgG) is designed to be expressed as two chains, each chain has the same units with their parental IgG antibodies, anti-CD33 and anti-CD16 IgGs. The two chains form heterodimer via Fc KIH technology. This BsAb can retarget NK cells to tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Acute myeloid leukemia (AML); Ulcerative Colitis (UC); Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS); Gastric cancer therapy.
