Recombinant Anti-TNF x Anti-VEGFA Bispecific Antibody (Bi-sdAb) is designed to be expressed as a sdAb from anti-TNF antibody variable domains fused with a sdAb from an anti-VEGFA antibody variable domains. It contains a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. The BsAb exits as monomer in reducing and non-reducing conditions. This BsAb is designed to target and neutralize TNF and VEGF, it can be used for the research of rheumatoid arthritis therapy.
