Recombinant Human Anti-CD3 x Anti-TIM3 x Anti-CD19 Trispecific Antibody (Single-chain triplebody) is designed to be expressed as a single chain with three scFv units for CD3, TIM3 and CD19. It contains a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. This TsAb has 1+1+1 antigen-binding valency, it provides two signals to activate T cells by anti-CD3 portion and lift T cell inhibition by TIM3 blockage, and recruit them to CD19+ tumor cells. It is designed for the research of B cell lymphoma; Follicular lymphoma; Leukemia therapy.
