Recombinant Anti-BAFF x Anti-IL17 Bispecific Antibody (Miniantibody) (MNAB-019)

Recombinant Anti-BAFF x Anti-IL17 Bispecific Antibody (Miniantibody) is a fusion protein of two scFv fragments combined with distinct specificity. One scFv of an anti-BAFF antibody variable domain is linked to another scFv of an anti-IL17 antibody variable domain by a flexible hinge region. This BsAb format has the decreased size and better penetration than conventional IgGs in the clinical diagnostics and potentially therapy. This BsAb can neutralize both BAFF and IL- 17 simultaneously. It is designed for the research of Lupus Nephritis (LN); Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE); Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA); Psoriasis (Ps); Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS); Psoriatic Arthritis (PA) primary Sjögren's Syndrome (pSS); Multiple Myeloma (MM) therapy.
