Recombinant Anti-TCR (Vβ8) x Anti-CD2 Bispecific Antibody (Single-chain Triplebody) is designed to be expressed as a single chain with three scFv units, two distal binding sites for TCR (Vβ8) and a central site for CD2. It contains a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. This BsAb can activate T cells. It is designed for the research of Tumors therapy.
