Recombinant Anti-CD3 x Anti-DLL3 Bispecific Antibody (Tandem scFv-scFc) (BsIgG) is designed to be expressed as one chain with a tandem scFv fused with a single chain Fc. The tandem scFv is composed of a scFv from an anti-CD3 antibody variable domains fused with a scFv from an anti-DLL3 antibody variable domains. The Fc region also engineered to decrease Fc-mediated functions, but remains the half-life. This BsAb can retarget T cells to tumor cells. It is designed for the research of lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, skin cancer, and solid tumors therapy.
