Recombinant Human Anti-CD3 x Anti-GITR x Anti-CD38 Trispecific Antibody (Single-chain triplebody) is designed to be expressed as a single chain with three scFv units for CD3, GITR and CD38. It contains a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. This TsAb has 1+1+1 antigen-binding valency, it provides two signals to activate T cells and recruit them to CD38+ tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Multiple myeloma (MM); Hematologic malignancies therapy.
