Recombinant Human Anti-BCMA x Human Anti-CD3 Bispecific Antibody (BsIgG) is designed to be expressed as four chains with Fc mutations to form heterodimers, the Fc backbone is human IgG2. It has the general size and structure of a conventional IgG. The Fc region also engineered to decrease Fc-mediated functions, but remains the half-life. This BsAb can retarget T cells to tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Multiple myeloma (MM) therapy.
