Recombinant Anti-CD20 x Anti-CD47 Bispecific Antibody (sdAb-Fc-sdAb, Tetravalent Heavy Chain-only Antibody, Tetravalent HCAb) is symmetric protein with two pairs of single domain antibodies (sdAb), from anti-CD20 and anti-CD47 antibodies, fused to the N-terminus and C-terminus of the Fc separately. This BsAb is bispecific, tetravelant, 2+2 antigen-binding valency. This BsAb can target CD20+ cells and block the CD47-SIRPα signal. It is designed for the research of Lymphoma therapy.
