Recombinant Anti-CD3 x Anti-CD33 Bispecific Antibody (BsIgG) is designed to be expressed as four chains with Fc mutations to form heterodimers. It has the general size and structure of a conventional IgG. The Fc region also engineered to decrease Fc-mediated functions, but remains the half-life. It is designed for the research of Acute myeloid leukemia (AML); Ulcerative Colitis (UC); Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS); Gastric cancer therapy.
