Recombinant Anti-CD3 x Anti-CD33 Bispecific Antibody (scIgG) is designed to be expressed as two chains, each chain has the same units with their parental IgG antibodies, anti-CD3 and anti-CD33 IgGs. The two chains form heterodimer via Fc KIH technology. This BsAb can retarget T cells to tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Acute myeloid leukemia (AML); Ulcerative Colitis (UC); Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS); Gastric cancer therapy.
