Recombinan Human Anti-PD-L1 x Human Anti-CD3 Bispecific Antibody (IgG(H)-scFv) is designed to be expressed as a LC and an extended HC with scFv moiety linked to the C terminus. The anti-PD-L1 scFvs are fused to the C terminus of the anti-CD3 IgG-Fc chain. It is a symmetric bispecific and tetravalent molecule, bivalent for each antigen specificity, 2+2 antigen-binding valency. This BsAb can block the PD-L1 signal and retarget T cells to PD-L1 expressing tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Solid tumors therapy.
