Recombinant Anti-CEA x Anti-GD2 Tandem scFv-BGN immunotoxin (Bispecific Immunotoxin) is designed to be expressed as the Bouganin (BGN) fused to a tandem scFv recognizing CEA and GD2. It contains a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. This bispecific immunotoxin can deliver BGN to antigen-specific cells. Then BGN is a single chain, type I ribosone inactivating protein (RIP) and can kill the target cells. The bispecific immunotoxin is designed for the research of Neuroblastoma; Osteosarcoma; Melanoma; Solid tumors therapy.
