Recombinant Human Anti-CD3 x Anti-CTLA4 x Anti-DLL3 Trispecific Antibody (Single-chain triplebody) is designed to be expressed as a single chain with three scFv units for CD3, CTLA4 and DLL3. It contains a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. This TsAb has 1+1+1 antigen-binding valency, it provides two signals to activate T cells by anti-CD3 portion and lift T cell inhibition by CTLA4 blockage, and recruit them to DLL3+ tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Lung cancer; Pancreatic cancer; Skin cancer; Solid tumors therapy.
