Recombinant Human Anti-CD3 x Anti-CD28 x Anti-HER2 Trispecific Antibody (Single-chain triplebody) is designed to be expressed as a single chain with three scFv units for CD3, CD28 and HER2. It contains a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. This TsAb has 1+1+1 antigen-binding valency, it provides two signals to activate T cells and recruit them to HER2+ tumor cells. It is designed for the research of Breast cancer; Gastric cancer; Prostate cacncer; Ovarian cancer; Solid tumors therapy.
