Recombinant Anti-albumin x Anti-TNF Bispecific Antibody (Bibody) is a Fab-VHH format that uses heterodimeric Fab as a scaffold, and a VHH region linked to one of its heavy (Fd) or light (L) chain. The VHH of the anti-TNF specificity is fused to the anti-albumin heavy or light chain of the Fab. This BsAb can act as PK-modulated ligand antagonist. It is designed for the research of Lupus and rheumatoid arthritis therapy.
