Recombinant Anti-EGFR x Anti-HER3 Bispecific Antibody (Bibody) is a Fab-VHH format that uses heterodimeric Fab as a scaffold, and a VHH region linked to one of its heavy (Fd) or light (L) chain. The VHH of the anti-HER3 specificity is fused to the anti-EGFR heavy or light chain of the Fab. This BsAb can bind and inactivate two receptors simultaneously. It is designed for the research of Solid tumors therapy.
