Danicopan(Cat#: CTI-011)

This product is a potent and selective factor D antagonist, it inhibits factor D with the Kd value of 0.54 nM. It also inhibits alternative pathway of complement (APC) activity, and has potential to block the alternative pathway of complement in paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) and atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (aHUS).
