H-Ficolin Purification Protocol

First discovered in the 1970s, H-ficolin (FCN3) is a thermolabile microprotein that can react with auto-antibodies in the sera of some systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Encoded by the genes localized on chromosome 1, H-ficolin presents a 50% identity with M-ficolin and L-ficolin. Studies have shown that H-ficolin can bind to N-acetyl-d-galactosamine and d-fucose. Here, Creative Biolabs describes the novel H-Ficolin purification protocol to promote your research.
