Creative Biolabs prides itself on providing you with trusted products and services to our loyal customers who deserve our best technology, skills, and expertise in the biological field. Below we simply summarized the flow cytometry-based CD59 detection protocol for your reference.

Flow Cytometry-Based CD59 Detection Protocol

Flow cytometry (or Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorting, shortly FACS) is routinely used to study the surface expression of antigens. It has to be noted that other methods for the detection of CD59 expression exist, such as western blot and quantitative PCR. However, flow cytometry is the most sensitive protein-based and quantitative method for determining the expression of CD59.
