CFH Purification Protocol Using Immobilized Trinitrophenyl-Bovine Serum Albumin (TNP-BSA)

TNP-BSA is made using BSA and picrylsulfonic acid, then immobilized on CNBr-activated Sepharose. The TNP-BSA-Sepharose is packed into a chromatography column. Plasma or serum is poured through the column. The eluted proteins are dialyzed to remove high salt or denaturant, then FH is isolated.
