Anti-CD1d–α-GalCer T cell receptor (9B4), pCDTCR1 (TCR-C033Z)

The vector of anti-CD1d–α-GalCer T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target CD1d–α-GalCer. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing CD1d–α-GalCer-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of Cancer and autoimmune diseases.
