Background

The pMHC microarray products are made-to-order products. They can be used to explore the binding motive of your therapeutic molecules (soluble TCR, TCR-like antibody, etc.) to pMHC. The peptide-HLA microarray can be customized to your specific target/peptide library. This product can speed up your lead discovery for T-cell therapy.

Principle

  1. Empty HLA molecules are loaded with specific peptides in solution at room temperature.
  2. The loaded molecules are immobilized on a functionalized surface of a biosensor in a microarray format with several 1000 individual spots.
  3. During the kinetic interaction measurements, an analyte, e.g. TCR, is flushed over the array.
  4. The interaction with the HLA molecules is measured label free. The binding kinetic of every individual spot is depicted as a whole binding curve.
  5. Analyze the data and explore the binding motives.
