Creative Biolabs provides T cell receptor (TCR) products ranging from clinical diagnostics to therapeutic development, which expands the capabilities of TCR technology platform to clinical studies.
T lymphocytes, also known as T cells, recognize foreign antigen through the T cell receptors (TCRs). There are two types of TCRs that has been identified on the surface of T cells, the alpha/beta-TCR and the gamma/delta.-TCR, and the former one is expressed on the majority of T cells that recognize foreign antigens complexed with major histocotnpatibility complex (MHC) molecules on the surface of antigen-presenting cells. Throughout T-cell development and proliferation, the progeny of a single T cell will express the identical TCR and contain the identical TCR gene rearrangement that serves as a molecular marker of clonality, which is a complex and highly regulated process and any dysregulation may lead to disease, such as cancers, immunodeficiency and autoimmunity diseases. Therefore, clonality assay via assessment of TCR gene rearrangements has become a critical and valuable tool in the diagnostic of lympho-proliferations and T cell related diseases. Creative Biolabs uses diversiform methods including Southern blot, PCR, and flow cytometry to analyze TCR gene rearrangements for clinical diagnostics program. Our multidisciplinary diagnostic platform guarantees that we can provide the most reliable data to accelerate your project process.
Recently, strategy to genetically modify T cells through altering the specificity of the TCR has shown great potential in treating plenty of diseases, especially tumors, which is also called as TCR gene transfer therapy. With deep understanding of this burgeoning immunotherapy and years experience in gene engineering field, Creative Biolabs now provides an unparalleled TCR construction platform to perform typical TCR construction, T cell modification and TCR products validation services. The high-affinity TCR products can be applied for immunotherapy of various malignancies, autoimmune diseases and immunodeficiency. In TCR gene transfer therapy, although the interaction between peptide and TCR is limited to a certain MHC type, the most important advantage is the peptide antigen can also derive from the cell inside. Creative Biolabs has developed a variety of TCR products covering a broad range of immune-mediated diseases associated antigens respectively.
With the availability of profound TCR knowledge, certified technical staff and numerous state-of-the-art instruments, Creative Biolabs is capable of offering the best TCRs related products and services to satisfy your specific needs.
