All products and services are For Research Use Only and CANNOT be used in the treatment or diagnosis of disease.

Creative Biolabs is a global leader in providing the best solution in genotyping services for clients worldwide. We have completed several genotyping projects. And we are dedicated to guaranteeing the best results for our customers around the world.

Background

Studies of rabbit MHC molecular have identified the complexity of rabbit leukocyte antigen (RLA) of class I, class II and class III genes as their DNA sequence are homologous to those of humans. The RLA class I genes is made up of 8 to 14 genes, depending on the haplotype. The class II genes are also very similar to the homologous genes of human HLA-DR, -DQ, -DP, and -DO genes. Many class III genes have been identified, including the TNF A and B genes. In contrast to human MHC, the localization of class I and class II genes are contiguous in rabbits. According to the restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) of class I and class-II (DRA, DQA) genes, the molecular DNA typing of rabbit MHC has allowed the definition of 13 haplotypes. Another polymorphism, characterized by the insertion/deletion of large DNA fragments, has been described in the class II gene region (Figure 1).

Rabbit RLA Genotyping service

To identify the complexity of MHC polymorphism, Creative Biolabs developed targeted NGS technologies to genotype the MHC gene polymorphisms of rabbit. What is more, we offer high-performance DNA and RNA extraction and purification kits, automated DNA purification instruments, and customized extraction services that improve your data quality and enable you to make key research decisions. In general, harboring the automation procedure and high-quality control, our scaling workflows will increase efficiency, throughput, and operational savings to accelerate clients programs.
