The vector of anti-gp100 chimeric antigen receptor(CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target human gp100. The T cell is genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing anti-gp100 VHH linked to CD3-zeta signaling domains. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of melanoma.
