Account & Logistics Manager - Creative Biolabs

Role Summary

The Account & Logistics Manager plays a central role in connecting clients with Creative Biolabs’ scientific and operational capabilities. This position focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, understanding project needs, and ensuring smooth coordination across account management, logistics, and warehouse operations. The role oversees contract follow-up, invoicing workflows, and end-to-end product handling—from receiving consumables to preparing and dispatching shipments. By collaborating closely with project managers, R&D teams, and logistics partners, the manager ensures timely delivery, accurate documentation, and continuous improvement of supply chain processes. This position requires strong communication skills, organizational excellence, and a proactive mindset to support high-quality service delivery in a dynamic life science environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with customers.
  • Communicate with clients to assess their needs and concerns, provide timely responses and ensure they are satisfied with the company’s products and services, while working closely with the project manager and R&D team.
  • Account oversight, follow-up on contract negotiations, invoicing, assist with logistics.
  • Manage warehouse. Responsible for the delivery and warehousing of all products. Follow customers’ order requirements to prepare shipment, pack, and ship out products from the warehouse in a timely manner.
  • Sign and receive parcels and consumables. Organize and sort them into the warehouse in time.
  • Maintain good communication with team members. Solve problems that occur during product warehousing and dispatching. Reporting work progress regularly.
  • Establish good relationships with logistics companies. Responsible for the overall management and update of logistics-related SOPs. Constantly improving the supply chain logistics work
Basic Qualifications
  • Advanced degree (Bachelor and beyond, master’s preferred but not required) in biology, biomedical sciences, biotechnology, organic chemistry, or a related field.
  • At least 1+ years of work experience in scientific research.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, outstanding organization and coordinating skills, and team spirit.
  • Punctual and efficient, eye for detail. Honest and trustworthy.
  • Proactive work attitude, highly motivated, and demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
  • Bilingual Dutch English
