Can you really generate antibodies that distinguish a modified peptide from its unmodified form?

Yes—and we take it seriously. Our PTM workflows include strict counter-screening against unmodified peptides and competitors, so we don’t just find binders—we find specific ones.

I need anti-idiotype antibodies, but I'm not sure if I want neutralizing or non-neutralizing. Can you guide me?

Absolutely. We’ll start by reviewing your application (PK tracking, vaccine, etc.) and recommend Ab2α, Ab2β, or Ab2γ types. You're never alone in choosing the right idiotype strategy.

I don’t have a conjugated hapten, just the small molecule structure. Is that a problem?

Not at all! Just send us the structure. Our chemists will design the optimal linker and carrier conjugation, synthesize the immunogen, and handle the rest—we’ve done this for years.

What kind of data will I receive at the end of the project?

You’ll get purified antibodies (or clones), sequence info (if applicable), binding affinity data, ELISA/Western results, and a detailed report—everything ready for publication or validation.

I’m worried about clone specificity drifting over time. Will you deliver validated sequences?

Yes. For recombinant workflows, we deliver full-length sequences (VH/VL or scFv), and for hybridomas, we offer sequencing and subcloning upon request. This ensures long-term reproducibility and future recombinant manufacturing without loss of function.
