Do you offer humanization or reformatting for discovered binders?

Yes! Once you’ve selected a hit, we can humanize, engineer, or reformat it into IgG, Fab, VHH or other formats—whatever suits your project best.

I have a unique target and application—can you really tailor the discovery process to that?

Absolutely. We never take a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether your goal is pH sensitivity, catalytic activity, or internalization, we customize the library, screening method, and validation assays to your exact needs. Just bring us your target—we’ll take care of the rest.

Can I get the discovered antibody reformatted into an IgG, VHH or other format?

Definitely. Once we identify your lead binder, we can reformat it into your preferred structure—IgG, Fab, scFv, VHH or even bispecifics. We also provide humanization and Fc engineering upon request.

I’m interested in fluobodies—do you provide fluorescent labeling as part of the discovery process?

Great question! Yes, we offer both genetically encoded fluorescent fusions and chemical conjugation options for fluobody generation. Depending on your application—live-cell imaging, FRET, or flow—we’ll optimize for brightness, stability, and target affinity. We also validate expression and localization in relevant cell models.

How do you handle off-target effects for agonist or antagonist antibodies?

We take specificity seriously. During screening, we use counter-selection steps and cell-based functional assays to ensure your antibody only activates or blocks the intended receptor. We can also perform epitope mapping and binding competition assays to further reduce off-target risks.

Can I start with just a protein sequence or do I need purified antigen?

Either works. We can express, purify, and validate your antigen from a gene sequence if needed. Whether it’s a membrane protein, enzyme, or venom toxin—we’ll handle antigen production in-house to kick off your discovery with high-quality input.
