  • Background
  • DNA-encoded mAb (DMAb) technology is a novel approach for a direct in vivo production of desired biologically active immunoglobulins according to the plasmid DNA delivery into tissue where the delivered plasmid containing an encoded antibody sequence. Compared with the traditional mAb, DMAb can be functionally equivalent with additional advantages such as expression profiles, glycosylation, as well as no reliance on in vivo tissue culture and costly or time-consuming production systems. The DMAb technology may provide a novel, simple, less frequent, cost-effective approach for therapeutics.

DMAb-0149-YJ 5F263 Mouse Human IgG2a Reactive with lung cancer-associated antigen (cluster 1). Reacts with membrane-associated proteins of 120kD, 125kD and 145kD in normal and malignant tissue, including a subgroup of SCLC. Lack of reactivity with other markers within this SCLC subgroup correlates with a bad response to chemotherapy. Recommended for Brain/adrenal gland. Species Crossreactivity: Human.
DMAb-0150-YJ 5F265 Mouse Human IgM Reactive with lung cancer-associated antigen (cluster 1). Reacts with a membrane-associated protein present in normal and malignant neuroendocrine tissues including a subgroup of SCLC. Lack of reactivity with other markers within this SCLC subgroup correlates with a bad response to chemotherapy. Recommended for Duodenum, bronchial tissue. Species Crossreactivity: Human.
DMAb-0151-YJ 5F266 Mouse Human IgG1 Reactive with lung cancer-associated antigen (cluster 1). Reacts with a membrane-associated protein present in normal and malignant neuroendocrine tissues including SCLC. A positive reaction of MOC-52 and MOC-1 is found in most SCLC cases. The epitope is destroyed during formalin fixation. Recommended for Brain/adrenal gland. Species Crossreactivity: Human.
