pMHC Microarry Background

Principle
1. Empty HLA molecules are loaded with specific peptides in solution at room temperature;
2. The loaded molecules are immobilized on a functionalized surface of a biosensor in a microarray format with several 1000 individual spots;
3. During the kinetic interaction measurements, an analyte, e.g. TCR, is flushed over the array.
4. The interaction with the HLA molecules is measured label free. The binding kinetic of every individual spot is depicted as a whole binding curve.
5. Analyze the data and explore the binding motives.
