Sales Manager, Gene Therapy

Role Summary

Creative Biolabs is committed to accelerating the discovery, research, development, and manufacturing of gene therapies. We are looking for a sales manager who will be responsible for identifying and nurturing opportunities to promote our gene therapy services/products with both new and existing customers through outbound and inbound inquires.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales of gene therapy-related products.
  • Build trust-based relationships with new customers to win new business in the gene therapy industry.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally for proper utilization of internal resources.
  • Operate effectively in a multitasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a focus and customer-first attitude.
Basic Qualifications
  • Ph.D. in cellular and molecular biology, genetics, genomics, biochemistry, immunology, or related fields.
  • Prior successful field sales experience selling into clinics, academic institutes, government agencies, and biotech companies.
  • Knowledgeable in genetics and gene therapy.
  • Demonstrated strong collaborative behaviors, and good negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, telephone, presentation, oral, written, and other communication skills.
  • Proficiency in a teamwork selling environment
  • Substantial growth experience is strongly preferred.
