Senior Scientist, Targeted Therapeutics - Creative Biolabs

Role Summary
We are looking for a talented, highly-motivated technical scientist to join our targeted therapeutics group. The successful candidate will have a solid background in protein chemistry and biochemistry. She or he should have extensive experience in the development of targeted therapeutics, including but not limited to antibody conjugates, nucleic acid conjugates, and/or protein-nanomaterial conjugates (e.g. lipid or polymeric nanoparticles, micelles, dendrimers), as well as analytical characterization of these products.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the design and characterization of targeted therapeutics.
Plan and execute scientific research projects in compliance with company policies.
Data analysis and experiment troubleshooting.
Contribute to the writing of SOPs and other technical documents.
Work closely and collaboratively with fellow employees.
Keep abreast of new technologies/capabilities relevant to targeted therapeutics and strive to implement them to push research projects forward.
Basic Qualifications
Advanced degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical/Biomedical Engineering, or other related field.
Postdoctoral experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with the following techniques, such as biomolecule purification using automated chromatography systems, protein purification, biophysical characterization and bioconjugation methods.
A solid research record demonstrated by patents, publications, or presentations preferably in the area of targeted drug delivery or biologics discovery is preferred.
Excellent time-management skills and ability to multitask across several projects.
Excellent written communication skills, including writing, reviewing and editing scientific documents.
