Over the past two decades, yeast display has become a powerful tool for protein engineering, particularly in identifying and optimizing antibody binders. Using the Fab format, ensures high affinity, stability, and efficient expression, making it ideal for developing therapeutic antibodies. This approach accelerates antibody library construction and selection, overcoming challenges in affinity optimization and expression, and significantly advancing antibody discovery for research and therapeutic applications.
At Creative Biolabs, we specialize in leveraging Yeast Display technology to construct large, diverse Fab antibody libraries tailored to your specific needs. By using biogenic plasmids to express light and heavy chains separately, along with random or directed mutagenesis, we ensure comprehensive antibody diversity and optimize for high-affinity, stable binders. Our efficient, streamlined approach to library construction and screening accelerate the discovery and development of antibodies, enabling rapid results without compromising on quality.
With years of experience in antibody discovery, we have a proven track record of generating functional antibodies for therapeutic, diagnostic, and biotech applications. Our scalable and customizable solutions ensure that we meet your exact requirements, whether you need classic approaches or specialized strategies. Partner with us to advance your research and stay ahead in the competitive antibody development landscape.

Study antibody-antigen interactions and explore antibody variants for fundamental research.
We cloned the Fab antibody into the vector and induced the display of Fab. The cells were strained with the anti-SV5 Tag antibody (for light chain), anti-HA Tag antibody (for Fd) and anti-Fab antibody (for Fab), respectively. Results revealed that the Fab antibody was fully displayed on the cell surface with good display efficiency.
