MemDX™ Simplified Cell-free Protein Expression in E.coli Lysate kit is designed for protein synthesis using E.coli extracts. This kit contains an optimized E.coli extract and an optimized Master mix. It contains optimized all necessary components for E.coli cell-free protein expression, such as T7 RNA polymerase, ribosomes, amino acids, rNTPs, and appreciate salts to express high levels of recombinant proteins. This kit contains reagents for expresssion of protein directly from a variety of DNA templates which contains T7 promoter, T7 terminator and RBS (ribosomal binding site). This flexible system expresses up to 300 ug/mL of protein in 3 hours.
