  • Beta-2 adrenergic receptor (ADRB2) is a full-length human gpcr. Beta-2 adrenergic receptor, commonly known as ADRB2, is part of a receptor channel complex comprised of a G protein, an adenylyl cyclase, a cAMP-dependent kinase and a counterbalancing phosphatase, PP2A. ADRB2 is involved in the mediation of physiological responses including the smooth muscle relaxation and it is also targeted for treatment of asthma and COPD. The surrounding nanodisc copolymer is biotinylated to support direct surface immobilization without modifying the protein itself. The preparation uses 2-step purification.
