MemDX™ Small-scale Cell-free Protein Expression in Wheat Germ lysate for GST-tagged Protein Production Kit is a cell-free protein synthesis system using wheat germ extracts for GST-tagged protein production. The lysate is optimized and high-performance wheat germ extract and removed wheat proteins that would otherwise bind to glutathione during the purification step. This kit is premixed and allow to setup the transcription and translation reaction by just a few pipetting steps. It's a bilayer format for performing small-scale protein expression reactions. The kit can be used either with plasmid DNA or with PCR DNA for protein expression.
