Bulk mAb production is a multistep process. The first step is hybridoma development. Creative Biolabs offers hybridoma development service if there is no existing hybridoma available to the customer. Alternatively, an existing hybridoma could be shipped to Creative Biolabs via appropriate shipping procedures. Careful shipment ensures the safety and viability of the hybridoma cell.
If the hybridoma is cultured in serum-containing medium, Hybridoma Suspension Domestication Service is available for customer and thus hybridoma could be cultured in serum-free medium which provides great convenience for subsequent antibody purification.
