ADC Antibody Screening Services

With the toxic payload linked to a monoclonal antibody that is specific for target antigen, ACD can specifically deliver the toxic payload into the target tumor cells which can ideally eliminate the payload toxicity to healthy tissues. Most of the toxic payloads play the functional role by disrupting important cellular pathway, hence, antibody internalization is critically important for good ADC efficacy through receptor mediated endocytosis.

☆ Tumor Antigen Identification

Creative Biolabs offers the ADC antibody screening service to help you identify the appropriate tumor antigen as per the following stringent criteria.

To allow efficient ADC binding, the antigen should be in appropriate cell surface localization;
To ensure high specificity and efficacy, the antigen should be specific for tumors rather than healthy tissues;
If no tumor specific antigen is identified, the antigen with much higher expression compared to that in normal tissues can be considered;
To ensure ADC incorporation through receptor mediated endocytosis when ADC binding, internalization of antigen should be considered.
