Stem Cell Products

Stem cells are exceptional undifferentiated cells that are vital for tissue repair, growth, and development. They are classified into two main types: embryonic stem cells, which are derived from early-stage embryos and possess the potential to differentiate into nearly any cell type, and adult (or somatic) stem cells, which are found in specific tissues and are primarily involved in the regeneration and maintenance of those tissues. Due to their self-renewal capability and differentiation potential, stem cells are widely studied for their applications in regenerative medicine, disease modeling, and cell therapies, offering innovative solutions for treating a range of conditions, including degenerative diseases, injuries, and certain cancers. The ongoing research into stem cells holds great promise for unlocking new frontiers in medical science and improving healthcare outcomes.

Types of Stem Cells

Embryonic Stem Cells (ESCs)

ESCs are pluripotent, which means they can differentiate into almost any type of cell in the body, and are derived from the inner cell mass of the blastocyst.

Adult Stem Cells

Types: Hematopoietic Stem Cells (HSCs), Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs), Neural Stem Cells (NSCs).

Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (iPSCs)

iPSCs are adult cells that have been genetically reprogrammed to return to a pluripotent state, allowing them to differentiate into any cell type.

Cord Blood Stem Cells

Collected from umbilical cord blood, these stem cells are rich in hematopoietic stem cells and have been used in transplant therapies for a variety of blood disorders.

Amniotic Fluid Stem Cells

These cells are obtained from amniotic fluid during prenatal testing and are considered to have pluripotent capabilities similar to embryonic stem cells.

Placental Stem Cells

Sourced from the placenta, these stem cells have properties similar to both embryonic and adult stem cells.

Tissue-Specific Stem Cells

These are stem cells that are specialized to replenish cells in specific tissues, such as skin, muscle, or liver.
