After four rounds of screening and validating 92 randomly cloned phages through ELISA, we successfully identified 3 candidate clones with specific binding to the target protein T1. These clones were further validated for cross-reactive properties using soluble ELISA. The results showed that we obtained two specific clones which do not bind to control protein C1.
