Case 1: Anti-Neurotrophic Factor Antibody
Project Goal To discover specific antibody binders targeting a critical growth factor, utilizing a premade phage display library.
Project Challenge Growth factors can be structurally sensitive. Traditional solid-phase panning (coating antigen on plates) risks protein denaturation, potentially leading to antibodies that bind the unfolded protein but fail to recognize the native biological target.
Our Solution Deployed the Premade Human scFv Library with an In-Solution Panning Strategy. We utilized Biotinylated-target protein to capture binders in the liquid phase, preserving the native conformation, followed by magnetic bead retrieval.

    Standard delivery is 10-14 weeks. This takes you from strategy design all the way to characterized IgG leads. Note that complex antigens or extensive functional screening may extend this slightly.

  2. What is needed to get a quote?

    For a precise proposal, please share the following:
    The Target: Peptide sequence (w/ PTMs) or protein construct details (domains, tags, solubility).
    The Goal: Your primary application (e.g., Neutralization, Flow Cytometry, ELISA).

    Yes. We specialize in "difficult" targets. For unstable proteins, we employ In-Solution Panning using biotinylated antigens to preserve native conformation. For PTMs (phosphorylation, methylation, etc.), we use integrated depletion strategies with non-modified peptides to ensure absolute PTM-fidelity.
