Case: Library Screening Against Target Proteins from Different Species
Objective To identify high-affinity cross-reactive sdAbs against human, mouse, and monkey target proteins T1 (hT1, mT1, cynoT1) using our LlaVHHL-S1 Library.

After four rounds of screening for both human (hT1) and mouse (mT1) targets, we identified a significant enrichment of clones with high binding affinity for both species. Furthermore, 10 unique sequences specifically binding to human and mouse T1 were validated through phage ELISA and sequencing. Soluble ELISA further confirmed the strong binding capacity of these clones, underscoring the success of our screening process in identifying high-affinity, species-cross-reactive sdAbs targeting human, mouse, and monkey T1.
