Description
PDP-Liposome is Liposome with the pyridyldithiopropionate (PDP) group. The liposomes containing PDP lipids are used to conjugate proteins, antibodies and other molecules containing the reactive moiety. The PDP group contains disulfide, which can react with sulfhydryl or thiolated proteins/antibodies.
