PolyI:C is a synthetic double-stranded RNA that induces the production of antigen-specific CD8+ T cells that are recognized by the TLR3 receptor. This liposome contains PolyI:C and can be used as adjuvant to effectively induce cellular and humoral immune responses. It is only for research purposes.
