Description
DC-Chol is synthesized from N',N'-dimethylethylenediamine and chloroformylated cholesterol. This liposome is prepared with DC-Chol, which can be used as adjuvant. It combination with genetically engineered hepatitis B surface antigen increases the levels of specific antibodies IgG1, IgG2a and Th1 and Th2 class cytokines. It is only for research purposes.
